I have over 10-years' professional experience and qualifications in dance, yoga, reformer resistance training, assisted stretching and massage. I am proud to offer you the perfect package of whole-body conditioning to suit your needs - in a safe and friendly environment.
I will help you improve your core strength, overall body stability, flexibility and mobility, as well as safeguard you against injury, and help you achieve a greater sense of wellness.
